Panchakarma TherapyThe Ultimate Detox Journey

During the early Vedic period, Ayurvedic scholars understood that sickness frequently occurs when the body’s internal equilibrium is disrupted by the accumulation of pollutants. To fix these imbalances, they came up with a whole cleansing method called Shodhana Chikitsa, which means ‘purification therapy’. This method ultimately became known as Panchakarma, which means ‘five actions’ or ‘five procedures.’

Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, and Raktamokshana are five therapeutic methods that were created to purify each system of the body in a systematic way. Panchakarma was utilized by ancient doctors not only to treat long-term illnesses, but also to keep both the body and mind healthy and live longer.
